Acceptance

Downloading, installing, or using the FlaxMind desktop app, or visiting flaxmind.com, means you accept these terms. If you do not, please stop using the service.

License

The FlaxMind desktop app is provided “as is” for personal and commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, repackage, forge attribution, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Your content

You retain full ownership of the mind maps you create. FlaxMind claims no rights over your content and imposes no access restrictions on you — backups and access management are your responsibility.

Service availability

The desktop app runs locally and does not rely on online services. The website and download servers may be briefly unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control; we will make a reasonable effort to restore them.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlaxMind is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. The software is not warranted to be fit for any particular purpose.

Changes

We may update these terms for material changes, reflected via the date at the top of this page. Continued use means acceptance.
